I have a wooden shed that sits outside the house. It is sturdy, but when it rains the gear inside gets wet because it has some gaps. I would like to cover the gaps in order to make it waterproof. Any suggestions on what type of material to use or how to do it? Thanks!

Buy some galvanized tin with length same as or a little longer then existing roof and apply with roofing screws type with rubber gasket’s lap each piece over next at least one to two grooves a cordless drill will help speed the job. If it has a ridge cap buy the tin ridge cap to go over after mounting sides. Problem solved or could go with roll a roofing a tar type paper to replace shingles and cut a foot wide strip for the ridge cap and use roofing tacks don’t know the roof type but either will work.

No. It is not true. What I am guessing this article is basing their claims on are how some third party providers (companies that share their merchant account with other businesses) tend to go out of business and leave many of their merchants missing funds they are owed. This is very rare.
The vast majority of overseas providers are stable and legitimate. You’d be hard pressed to find a case where a company scammed its users.
